Mirror on the palette arrived totally shattered. Emailed customer service on August 12th, no reply. Sent an Instagram DM August 17th, no reply. Left multiple comments on Instagram trying to get a response from the brand to fix the order issue, no reply.
Really bummed, I love this brand so much, but I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to help me.
